These terms and conditions are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your country in which you use our bot and its services provided, while using the bot is free of charge, but a citizen has the right to purchase a "premium subscription" that adds new features to the bot

9. Refund policy

After placing and paying for the order, the Customer has the right to refuse the Contractor’s services and request a refund, only if the bot is inoperable for more than 5 working days in one calendar month, by writing to the email: [email protected] and explaining all the reasons for the refund
